You are 1 in over 7 Billion and how you are living your life is going to be different than every other person on the planet.
What is your daily method of Operation? Most of the time people think that is a business term, but it really isn't, it is a life term.
What are some of the routines / habits that you have created in your day?
Do you:
- Drag yourself out of bed, pissed because you have to go to work again?
- Do you leave at the same time everyday knowing that if there is traffic you are going to be late, but who cares?
- Do you buy yourself lunch everyday, even though you are on a tight budget, but that is what everyone else is doing?
- When you get home from work do you chillout watching T.V for 5 hours, then go to bed at 10 or 11 and are tired when you get up in the morning to do it all over again.
Or do you:
- Get up in the morning follow a exciting morning habitual routine that you created for yourself to begin everyday.
- Walk into work with an excitement knowing that you are going to be a service to others (in whatever you are doing)
- During your Lunch (that you packed) go out for a walk or sit in a park to still your mind during a tough day.
- Then at the end of the day you relax with a nice glass of wine or tea. Reading a nice book or working on your side hussle so that someday you can live a day of freedom.
To me the second option would be the best, you are living life like you are going after something, on purpose, really setting the tone for your life.
So how is happiness a habit?
If you are getting up in the second option you are controlling how you are in control of your life, if you are living in option 1, you are allowing life to happen for you.
You need to make happiness a priority regardless of what is going on externally.
Picture this, when you are heading in to work, you are walking with a skip in your beat, whistling, yeah I know that might look ridiculous but who cares, you don't. Try to be unhappy during that time, You can't.
If you practice living a life full of happiness with whatever you are doing, you really will live a
happy life.
You will create being happy a habit. Just do it, you wont regret it.
